Compliance and Assurance Officer

Role Purpose

 

The Compliance and Assurance Officer will support the Compliance and Assurance function in the management of all compliance matters within Israel across the Digital business.

They will develop and implement the regulations and processes in respect of gambling compliance, regulatory compliance and governance in Ladbrokes Coral Digital.

To implement the strategic compliance and assurance plan to protect the Digital PML Holders, Directors, Shareholders and all other stakeholders from compliance breaches.

They will be the country face of Compliance and Assurance, offering advice, guidance and feedback on all Group reuirements

 

Key Responsibilities:

To operate as the Compliance and Assurance Officer for the Digital Israel operation.

 

Compliance:

  • Be involved in the development and implementation of regulations and processes in respect of gambling compliance, regulatory compliance and governance in Ladbrokes Coral Digital.
  • Ensure compliance with Gibraltar RTOS & UK Gambling Commission Licence conditions (LCCP)
  • Delivering compliance awareness and advertising training to relevant employees
  • Ensure all marketing approvals are consistent across the group and meet the industry standards e.g. ASA, CAP code and other regulations.

 

Assurance:

  • To review and carry out affiliate and media publisher due diligence – Calling affiliates and interviewing them, checking their websites for traffic and legal claims, confirming business details and more. This responsibility also involves marketing due diligence: checking how much traffic the affiliate has in comparing to what they claim.
  • Ensure all key documents are completed correctly and submitted to relevant departments (Finance, Legal, Compliance etc.)
  • To investigate areas of non-compliance and report suspicious activity, finding solutions and building evidence files as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Marketing and Advertising compliance experience within a gaming company.
  • Understanding of Affiliate Marketing channels, Affiliate DD and fraud.
  • Knowledge of betting and gaming and the regulatory environment in the UK.
  • Have operated in a stand alone role as part of a decentralised team.
  • Experience of a highly regulated environment and working to diverse external regulations
  • Experience gained within an IT environment
  • An expectation, desire and capacity to support the growth of the Group

 

End User Support Analyst

Summary of Role :

The End User Support Engineer is responsible for providing End user Support Services to colleagues. The holder of this role will be part of a team ensuring end to end support services are delivered to high quality.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivery of high quality end-user support services to colleagues across the Ladbrokes coral Group locations

Responsible for providing all desktop operating system support, both Windows PC & Apple Mac

Responsible for providing support of all desktop software, including standard and bespoke applications

Responsible for working with third party service providers to ensure end to end support is maintained as required

Responsible for providing end user support of cloud-based services, eg Google GSuite, offered to  colleagues

Responsible for ensuring quality support of peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, etcs

Working to ensure that company SLAs are met for support to our colleagues

Responsible for completing new starter and leaver requests within SLA

Contribute to End User IT systems in relation to new building fit-outs or changes/moves, including video display systems (gantry) and video distribution systems

Responsible for providing support for PCs and EPOS terminals, and other end user devices as deployed in Ladbrokes Coral Group shops as appropriate to the region

Working with other EUS teams to ensure only fully licenced software is deployed and to ensure licence records are maintained

Liaising with other EUS teams and the wider technology teams where necessary

Required Skills:

Affiliate Account Manager

Role Purpose

 The Affiliate Account Manager manages a portfolio of affiliates’ accounts and is a point of contact for its affiliates. The Affiliate Account Manager is responsible for expanding and optimizing the affiliate portfolio on an ongoing basis by recruiting new affiliates while maintaining and deepening partnership with existing affiliates. The Affiliate Account Manager will also be providing weekly and monthly analysis reports for senior management, showing his progression towards monthly targets that were set.

 

Key Responsibilities

 •        Accountable for the strategy setting for individual portfolio of affiliates as well as implementing department strategy set by Head Of Affiliates.

•        Responsible for meeting monthly targets of First Time Deposits (FTDs) and Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) that were set by the Head Of Affiliates together with senior management.

•        Responsible for the constant volume growth of the portfolio and its profitability by identifying and reaching out to new potential affiliates with the aim of recruiting them to the Ladbrokes Coral Affiliates Programme while negotiating new profitable agreements.

•        Accountable for the daily management and maintenance of on-going campaigns, ensuring all promotional materials presented to target audience are compliant, appropriate and competitive at all times.

•        Work in synergy with the digital marketing analysts to better understand campaign performances and identify new opportunities to increase efficiency in order to ultimately drive higher portfolio’s performance and ensure monthly targets are met.

•        Anticipate new industry trends, analyse past results and creative communications with the goal of enriching the affiliate portfolio and attracting new affiliates.

•        Keep lines of communication with affiliates open and ensuring all affiliates are up to date with regards to new products and any programme enhancements or changes.

•        Plan and ensure all affiliate marketing activities adhere to budgeted costs and forecasted targets requirements.

•        Manage affiliates’ activity within the account including: communication of key messages; creating solutions through real-time placement and evaluation; ensuring campaigns and any other activity in the account are consistent with both Ladbrokes Coral’s brand values and campaign’s messages.

•        Responsible for delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reports on all activities to key stakeholders in order to communicate existing campaign’s performance and recommended improvements.

•        Ensure optimal Return On Investment (ROI) of Ladbrokes Coral affiliate programme by regularly monitoring revenue output from each affiliate.

•        Maintain full awareness and being up to date with any change in legislation and best practices for affiliate marketing by using various affiliate forums.

•        Ensure all affiliates media activity is approved by the company’s compliance team.

Affiliate System & Payments manager

Role Purpose

 

The Affiliate System and Payments Manager is responsible for the all background activity and administrative support for the affiliates’ team. This involves conducting the necessary reviews, examinations and supervision to ensure affiliates’ activity is aligned with company’s objectives and complying with all required regulations and policies.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

•        Responsible for developing and arranging new affiliate commissions on the chosen affiliate programme system (Income Access/Mexos) and amending commissions for affiliates in accordance with the requests communicated by the Affiliate Operations Team Leader.

•        Responsible for updating all company’s affiliates with the latest information and programmes, including uploading all new creative packages into the affiliate programme interface to ensure company’s most updated deals and messages are presented across affiliates’ sites.

•        Take part in the maintenance of the affiliate management system according to the Affiliate Operations Team Lead requests. Making sure to perform all tasks given and support any query and error in a timely manner to enable the system to run smoothly and effectively. Thus, providing the best customer service experience to all affiliates and their customers.

•        Responsible for all campaign communication administrations which includes coordinating a weekly affiliate newsletter and managing the affiliate programme page on various social networks together with the MARCOM manager in the team.

•        Coordinate the signing of affiliate agreements with the company’s site in Gibraltar thus ensuring a unified high standard of agreements is being kept as well as alignment of terms and conditions across locations.

•        Accountable for managing the affiliates’ management system users and accounts, setting up and configuring new admin users for new team members, managing all existing data and doing the necessary backup maintenance per the Affiliate Operations Team Lead request.

•        Responsible for responding to all e-mail queries sent to the system in order to provide best service to all affiliates and their customers by replaying with the necessary information in the shortest time possible.

•        Manage and coordinate monthly affiliate payments following the review and approval of the Director of Performance Marketing.

•        Create and maintain tracking profiles and links for the performance marketing and brand teams, PlayTech administrators and internal tracking system users.

•        Manage players on a daily basis for display team’s post-view activity based on instructions from the Head of MSO.

Social Media Buyer

 

Role Purpose

 

The Social Media Buyer is responsible for creating and promoting social campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and other social networks and channels, in order to reach through those channels the highest number of people in the Ladbrokes Coral group target audience at the lowest possible cost. The Social Media Buyer is analysing and testing existing campaigns, and working with the Marketing Service Operation Team in order to select the content that will perform the best on the social platforms for each of the various target audiences of the Ladbrokes Coral brands. The Media Buyer will also be providing weekly and monthly analysis reports for senior management, showing his progression towards monthly targets that were set.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·         Accountable for setting up online performance campaigns on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, including uploading ads, setting up targeting groups, adjusting bids, and implementing tracking links.

·         Responsible for optimization, including ensuring that the running campaigns are the best in terms of ROI (Return on Investment): re-targeting new groups, pausing inefficient or expensive campaigns and reallocating the remaining funds to the highest performing target groups.

·         Responsible for developing social campaign initiative ideas around payday cycles and events which will be driven through the Facebook and twitter campaigns.

·         Responsible for conducting A/B testing: the comparison of two versions of a piece of content against one another to determine which one performs better, in order to be able to put the full budget and optimization efforts against the strongest performing content.

·         Identify new opportunities and search new target groups in order to hit targets by using different research tools either internal within the social networks or external from third party providers.

·         Accountable for ensuring that specific performance targets are in place and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business and commercial expectations.

·         Support the Digital Marketing team with regular competitor analysis of social activity which will provide benchmarks and ideas for innovation against competitors as well as looking at social media campaigns from other industries.

·         Ensure social campaign tracking is implemented correctly so advertising spend can be efficiently measured and attributed back to the relevant budget.

·         Responsible for producing reports, presenting findings, results and recommendations from campaigns and target groups analysis on a weekly and monthly basis to the Social Team Leader.

PPC Account Manager

Role Purpose

 

The Pay Per Click Campaign Manager (PPC) is responsible for creating and managing PPC campaigns across all major search engines as well as the implementation and overall maintenance of assigned campaigns and accounts. The PPC Manager oversees the allocated budgets by the company and provides analysis of the campaign performance, basing recommendations on next step. The PPC Campaign Manager will also be providing weekly and monthly analysis reports for senior management, showing his progression towards monthly First Time Deposits (FTDs) and Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) targets that were set.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

•        The PPC Campaign Manager is accountable for overseeing that all PPC campaigns continuously meet exacting standards and adhere to company guidelines as well as search engine’s regulations.

•        Implement PPC strategies set by Head of PPC across a number of assigned accounts and manage the campaigns accordingly in order to achieve monthly and annually volume and profitability targets.

•        Ensure that the managed accounts have a robust commercial strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business expectations and commercial standards.

•        Responsible for the day to day execution and management of accounts, carrying out technical changes, analysing and drawing insight from third party analytics data and implementing innovative management techniques to maximise campaigns’ performance.

•        Responsible for yielding significant results and delivering best practice management techniques across each assigned campaign to ensure Ladbrokes Coral brands are found easily on search engine platforms.

•        Work in close alignment with PPC Team and execute flawless campaigns to ensure high and unified standards are met.

•        Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns in order to deduct on future campaigns’ strategies.

•        Responsible for providing accurate reporting for data analysis required by the company.

•        Manage keyword lists, ad creative, and bids across Google AdWords, BingAds, and other PPC channels to achieve company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

•        Monitor daily the campaign’s performance (such as keyword research, keyword optimization, ad and campaign optimization, competitors’ monitoring) to achieve monthly FTDs and NGR targets.

•        To use a variety of third party tools to compile and draw insight from both company-specific, sector-specific and generic industry data, in order to better understand user trends and behaviour and add context to the performance of each account in order to improve campaigns’ performance.

•        Responsible for ensuring the timely completion of daily, weekly and monthly data checks and optimisations in order to provide the needed financial data for reporting.

•        Measure the effectiveness of the campaigns and deduct conclusions to be implemented in order to improve campaign’s performance in traffic volume and conversions rates to match KPI targets.

•        Conduct in-depth competitors’ analysis, search engines and periodic engine modifications and be knowledgeable on new discoveries in the PPC field in order to assure company’s competitiveness is kept within the industry.

BI Analyst

Role Purpose

As an Analyst you will be responsible for the delivery of Insights, analytical tools and presentations to organisational stake holders and to business leaders. Focused on business domain areas assigned.

 

The role is to perform analysis and produce prototype reporting. The key part to the role is to prepare, transform, apply descriptive analysis and in particular transform and interpret data. To prepare, present ideas and analysis to key stakeholders to be able to persuade them of the use of the data and analytical tools.

You are expected to proactively work with the rest of the Bi team to support and enable them to meet their KPIs and new propositions. The role is to perform descriptive, statistic, deep dive analysis and produce prototype reporting.

We currently use Microsoft SSAS (cubes, Power pivot, Power view, Excel) SQL and Knime as our main analytical tools.

Technical SEO Manager

The Technical SEO Manager will be ultimately responsible for the technical performance of all Ladbrokes Coral’s sportsbook and gaming desktop/mobile sites, as well as maintaining and improving the technical SEO health of these domains.

The Technical SEO Manager will be accountable for carrying out all technical site audits and creating a clear guideline of development recommendations which can be implemented throughout our development roadmap.

The Technical SEO Manager works within the Marketing team and reports to the Head of SEO who will be based in Tel Aviv.
Key Responsibilities

  •  Accountable for carrying out regular in-depth analysis and audits of all of Ladbrokes Coral sportsbook and gaming sites in order to provide guidelines to our development teams on how best we can create an SEO friendly infrastructure.
  • Responsible for creating a clear SEO development guideline roadmap and prioritize items in order to maximise the development effort being invested in this area.
  • Be the technical stakeholder for the Marketing team with our IT and development departments to ensure that essential technical website changes are part of the development/IT roadmap.
  • Develop clear long term plans to improve site speed across our mobile and desktop products to ensure all of our gaming and sportsbook sites have industry leading site speeds.
  • Accountable for crawl error management, duplicate content management, indexation issue resolution and ownership of sitemaps to ensure full visibility to Google and Bing crawlers.
  • Work closely with the Senior Sports SEO Manager and the Senior Gaming SEO manager to define and prioritize the key technical requirements for their area and provide technical support for rolling these changes out.
  • Responsible for breaking down complex SEO challenges and presenting back a clear and simple solution to meeting these challenges in order to allow teams outside the SEO department to get a better understanding of the requirements of these projects.
  • Work closely with the technical teams in third party providers such as Playtech and Openbet to ensure upcoming product developments consider all performance elements of SEO.
  • Responsible for driving internal technical education and training on SEO strategy and execution for a range of stakeholders.
  • Accountable for refining our best technical practices for team facing analytics and technical documentation.
  • Responsible for creating and evolving the process for conducting SEO audits that inform and drive long-term strategy in order to increase awareness of SEO technical requirements throughout the company.
  • Support weekly SEO calls on sportsbook and gaming as the subject matter expert related to technical recommendations as needed and work closely with our agencies to ensure their campaigns sit comfortably within our technical roadmap.

Required Skills:

  • Have 3 + years technical SEO experience and a proven track record in working a technical SEO role within the gaming industry.
  • Solid data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, with also knowledge in C# and Javascript.
  • Strong background in understanding complex architectures and be able to trouble shoot code and provide thorough recommendations
  • Clinical understanding of front and back end web development.
  • Experience with log file analysis and owning this process.

Sr Frontend Developer

Role Purpose:

The Senior Frontend Developer will be responsible for maintaining existing products, developing new features, defining code architectures and best implementation methods in a single product level and troubleshoot/fix business critical issues.

This role will have a key part in planning and implementing product requirements in the highest quality, be assigned with complex tasks and critical integrations, perform code reviews – all while supporting your teammates to meet delivery targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take significant part in delivering new websites and enhance existing websites; Develop new user-facing features that will operate in high capacity and high quality, for both mobile devices and desktops.
  • Implement the client side code for the company’s gaming sites. This include handling the front end code for the cashier, code authentication (customers log-in and registrations), gaming interactions and any marketing and promotions that appear on the site.
  • Interact with affiliate schemes ensuring parameters are handled correctly, cookies stored in the browser and affiliate data propagates to the servers correctly.
  • Take part in ongoing conversations with Product Owners. Expected to provide answers of how to technically implement the product’s vision as well as alternatives where the current implementation is problematic.
  • Possess an advanced knowledge of web and mobile users experience and user interfaces; adhere to and extrapolate complex design systems and apply to coded pages and screens.
  • Collaborate with Backend developers and web designers to improve code and the company’s gaming websites usability.
  • Be an expert of the system environment that you operate in and serve as a technology lead for your counterparts – product managers, peer developers, QA and management, including training junior developers.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to refine and deliver product requirements.
  • Troubleshot business critical issues; Handle complex coding tasks.
