Conversion Team Leader

Role Purpose

Conversion Team Leader has the responsibility of managing the conversion team activity, which includes improving website conversion results, conducting design & executes A/B tests to measure and improve conversion metrics. This person will be monitoring and approving necessary setting adjustments, ensures quality control checks are being done, and helps maintain customer requirements, according to specifications.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for building and managing an in-house team to deliver the website conversion Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and manage A/B conversion tests to improve the rate of active visitors who converts into first time depositors.
  • Manage the team effort to improve conversion rates from first deposit into several more deposits by optimizing the Customer Retention Management programme.
  • Accountable for leading the team to proactively develop programmes, strategies and creative/promotional techniques that resonate with the target customers and business goals (and do so in line with the agreed brand guidelines set by the respective Brand teams).
  • Encourages communication and collaboration across the business, team and stakeholders in order to build strong relationships and develop cross functional working relations.
  • Measure and set baseline for key site performance metrics (conversion rate standards, cart abandonment, form completion rate, etc.) of current pages, site functionalities, cashier and checkout path to be used to measure improvement progress over time.
  • Accountable for proactively researching, initiating and developing site conversion breakdowns and opportunities in order to improve web conversion rates from user visit and until first deposit. In addition the conversion manager will be responsible for improving the conversion rates of first deposit to second, third deposits and onwards by optimizing the Customer Retention Management journeys.
  • Responsible for actively investigating known or suspected issues from outside sources, including voice of customer data, shopper notes, call centre feedback, bug reports, site outages, research and internal observations. Be the issues problems or opportunities, the Conversion Team Leader quantifies the size of the problem/opportunity and adjusts the model accordingly.
  • Responsible for organise and preparing conversion in tight alignment with the creative team, IT team and Product Owners (test specifications, layout, code, tracking implementation, etc.).
  • Develop and test new, alternate approaches, additional technologies and conduct deep dive investigations to find new potential purchase success rates and opportunities for improvement.
  • Accountable for keeping the organization updated on site conversion plans and the proper execution and outcome of the work.
  • Responsible for developing a site conversion plan by site sections (such as cashier and checkout paths), managing the work effort and communicating key findings and progress back to the executive management team

Conversion Manager

Role Purpose

 The Conversion Manager is responsible for improving the brand websites conversion rates Key Performance Indicators (KPI) by planning and conducting online A/B tests, analysing results and applying the findings on the website. In addition the conversion manager is accountable to find conversion failures within the online player journeys and making sure the Research & Development and Product teams fixing them.  On top, the conversion manager is also responsible to stay up to date with recent technology and best practices related to website conversion science.

Social Media Buyer

Role Purpose

The Social Media Buyer is responsible for creating and promoting social campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and other social networks and channels, in order to reach through those channels the highest number of people in the Ladbrokes Coral group target audience at the lowest possible cost. The Social Media Buyer is analysing and testing existing campaigns, and working with the Marketing Service Operation Team in order to select the content that will perform the best on the social platforms for each of the various target audiences of the Ladbrokes Coral brands. The Media Buyer will also be providing weekly and monthly analysis reports for senior management, showing his progression towards monthly targets that were set.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for setting up online performance campaigns on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, including uploading ads, setting up targeting groups, adjusting bids, and implementing tracking links.
  • Responsible for optimization, including ensuring that the running campaigns are the best in terms of ROI (Return on Investment): re-targeting new groups, pausing inefficient or expensive campaigns and reallocating the remaining funds to the highest performing target groups.
  • Responsible for developing social campaign initiative ideas around payday cycles and events which will be driven through the Facebook and twitter campaigns.
  • Responsible for conducting A/B testing: the comparison of two versions of a piece of content against one another to determine which one performs better, in order to be able to put the full budget and optimization efforts against the strongest performing content.
  • Identify new opportunities and search new target groups in order to hit targets by using different research tools either internal within the social networks or external from third party providers.
  • Accountable for ensuring that specific performance targets are in place and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business and commercial expectations.
  • Support the Digital Marketing team with regular competitor analysis of social activity which will provide benchmarks and ideas for innovation against competitors as well as looking at social media campaigns from other industries.
  • Ensure social campaign tracking is implemented correctly so advertising spend can be efficiently measured and attributed back to the relevant budget.
  • Responsible for producing reports, presenting findings, results and recommendations from campaigns and target groups analysis on a weekly and monthly basis to the Social Team Leader.
  • Keep up to date with general trends in the online media performance on social networks of the Ladbrokes Coral competitors and similar industry companies.

Mobile Media Buyer

Role Purpose

 The Mobile Media Buyer works in close alignment with the Media Buy team and external media agencies and in charge of all promotional activity designed for delivery to cell phones, smart phones and other handheld devices. The Mobile Media Buyer responsibility is campaigns for native, hybrid, wrapped and html5 applications. A key responsibility is ensuring that best practices are adhered to and that brand guidelines are maintained throughout.

The Mobile Media Buyer is responsible for creating campaign initiatives, implementing testing schedules, identifying key campaign insights in order to increase performance of the campaigns, ensuring an efficient Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) targets are met.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Accountable for the strategy setting for mobile campaigns as part of the mobile media channel as well as implementing department strategy set by Head Of Media Buying and Mobile Team Lead.
  • Responsible to create and develop mobile campaign initiatives around payday cycles and events which will be driven through the mobile display and social media mobile channels, with the view of acquiring high numbers of First Time Depositors (FTDs) at the lowest possible Cost Per-Acquisition (CPA)
  • Analysing the performance of mobile campaigns and identifying opportunities in order to hit and exceed targets set by the Head of Media Buying.
  • Coordinate activities with in-house performance marketing team and agencies to ensure maximum alignment between company’s mobile campaigns, internal activities and external entities.
  • Implement A/B testing on a range of mobile campaigns in order to ensure yielding the optimal NGR metrics from campaign’s budget spent.
  • Support the Performance Marketing department with regular competitors’ analysis (within industry and outside of it) in order to provide insights into industry’s benchmark and new possible initiatives the company can implement to maximise FTDs and NGRs.
  • Ensuring mobile campaign tracking is implemented correctly so advertising budget spent can be efficiently measured and reported back to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Produce reports of FTDs and NGRs in of the personal portfolio and present findings and recommendations from the analysis on a weekly/monthly basis to the Mobile Media Team Leader in order to improve performance of the mobile media buy channel.
  • Manage, test and optimise mobile media campaigns together with the Mobile Media Buy team and marketing agencies to increase company’s presence in mobile media advertising to attract more possible players.
  • Booking mobile advertising spots, pages, internet banners and broadcast adverts; producing reports and presenting findings and recommendations on a weekly and monthly basis in order to monitor individual’s progress towards FTDs and NGR targets.
  • Ensuring that the mobile adverts run accurately so that the desired media message is seen and heard by targeted audience.

Web Master

Overview:

The Webmaster  is responsible for the delivery of first class content configuration and web publishing for all online marketing channels for the Ladbrokes Coral brands. The Webmaster  will be part of a team of specialist highly skilled Webmasters who are tasked with producing engaging & effective online customer experiences across all web based platforms and devices. The role requirements and responsibilities involve providing assistance to the more senior members of the team in the provision of webmaster support for campaign deliverables and projects which will also serve as a platform for learning and development.

The Webmaster works in the Creative Studio Web Content Team and reports to the Studio Manager.

  • Responsible for the delivery of general website content updates including text and image changes, promotion configuration and tagging / tracking implementation for all Ladbrokes Coral online platforms.
  • Scheduling and publishing daily content as per business requirements.
  • Proofing, debugging, cross browser testing, to ensure pixel perfect execution of all web content.
  • Ability to contribute in face to face meetings and throughout ideation processes to ensure the brief is met.
  • Adhere to “mobile first” methodology to ensure the customer journey is seamless and to the highest quality across all devices.
  • Work closely with Brand, Gaming, Marketing, Product, VIP, and other internal teams and various third parties to develop concepts and ideas that deliver the high quality customer experiences on brand product websites and platforms.
  • Daily testing of web platforms (performance, user, content check) to ensure content, links, images and content are correct and fully functional.
  • Ensure that all content and web platforms are coded in line with best practice (including W3C) industry standards for optimum performance.
  • Establish excellent collaborative relationships with the Brand, Editorial, and Design teams to provide development expert advice and solutions for cutting-edge web and mobile designs.

Web Designer

Overview:

The Digital Designer  is responsible for the creation of strong marketing design work for all online marketing channels for the Ladbrokes Coral brands. This person will be part of a team of specialist highly skilled Digital Designers who are tasked with producing engaging & effective on brand visual communications for customers both internal and external. The Digital Designer  works in the Creative Studio Design Team and reports to the Studio Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the production of high quality design work for all Ladbrokes Coral online and offline marketing activities to ensure the delivery of world class visual communications within the gaming sector.
  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of strong and dynamic content from conception through to final production. This will involve researching, brainstorming and creating concepts in collaboration with the design, editorial and web content teams and relevant clients/ stakeholders, working from an initial brief to final sign off.
  • Ability to be contribute in meetings and throughout ideation processes where required to ensure the brief is met.
  • Work closely with Brand, Gaming, Marketing, Product, VIP, and other internal teams and various third parties to develop concepts and ideas that deliver the high quality customer experiences on brand product websites and in marketing communications.
  • Create and maintain effective content for the brand web page CMS (content management system) according to the relevant requirements brief.

Web Master Supervisor

Overview:

The Web Master Supervisor is responsible for managing a tactical in-house team of webmasters in the production of first class marketing materials for all online and offline channels for the Ladbrokes Coral brands. The Web Master Supervisor’s role is an integral part of the Creative Studio team who alongside Digital Design & Editorial managers must ensure their teams are skilled and resourced accordingly to support the demand and level of quality expected by the business. Predominately managing marketing and brand requests the Web Master Supervisor must foster strong working relationships with Brand stakeholders in order to deliver market leading campaign ideation and effective on brand consistent Web Content output.

The Web Master Supervisor is part of the Studio team within the Creative department and reports into the Studio Manager .

 

  • Responsible for the effective management and delivery of all Web Content / Content configuration & web publishing activity on all online channels for all brands.
  • Provide technical leadership and day to day management of the team of webmasters (publishing team) in the Web Content team.
  • Producing and supporting the creation of high quality web content work for marketing communications on Brand product content managements systems and landing page tools.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team cultivating a culture where continuous improvement is embraced.
  • Coordination of all daily content building and publishing, on site maintenance and support to ensure a high quality customer experience
  • Management of development work for regular release sprint schedules across all platforms to ensure on time delivery

  • Consulting and advising on all projects across the business where Web Content input is required, and liaising with third parties when necessary to ensure all materials are executed to high quality and on brand
  • Implementing best practice Web Content coding methodology and process throughout the team to ensure the delivery of quality, performance, stability, consistency and customer centricity.
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to assist the Studio Manager & Production Manager to obtain sign off from/for business
  • Working with research partners to plan approach, test and validate development solutions with customers to ensure the designs are fit for purpose.
  • Post-campaign assessments and quality checks of production output to ensure completed work is error-free and can be reused if necessary.
  • Responsible for the upkeep and evolution of the online elements of all brand communications within remit, including the Content management systems and tools used by the team.
  • Provide support for all content and CMS related live issues (including out of hours) to ensure minimum impact on the business and customer experience
  • Implementation and management of tracking and tagging solutions on mobile and web platforms to understand customer behaviour and drive business reporting to support decision making for future development

CSS Developer

Role Purpose:

The CSS Specialist will be responsible for translating the UX  and UI website design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual element. In addition, the CSS Specialist will take significant part in developing the visual aspect of new code components and define code architecture for better UI/UX implementations of the Ladbrokes Coral various web products and applications.

This person will operate within a cross-functional agile team (Development, QA, Scrum and Product Owner) and will be part of planning and implementing product visual requirements in the highest quality, work with the creative team, be assigned with complex visual implementation tasks and troubleshoot errors – all while supporting other team members to meet delivery visual quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire implementation of the company’s gaming sites’ look and feel, including building and maintaining high traffic website code and HTML, focusing on pixel perfect CSS and HTML implementation.
  • Develop new specific features for the Ladbrokes Coral various web and mobile products as defined by the product department which includes planning the HTML and CSS architecture and implementing accordingly.
  • Build code in a way that can be re-used across various teams’ codebase, while creating documented libraries that may be distributed across developers.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs in order to determine the appropriate method of production and predict issues and development difficulties.
  • Take part in coding the company’s gaming sites’ various visual components. This includes cashier, authentication components, gaming and promotions.
  • Take CSS to a higher level by researching and implementing modern techniques, all the while ensuring high level of performance throughout all projects.
  • Work closely with creative teams on best implementation practices and feedback on requirements. Carry an ongoing discussion with creative team on how to better deliverables and shorten delivery cycles.

Frontend Developer

Role Purpose:

The Front End Developer will be responsible for maintaining existing products and developing new features all while writing JavaScript code (using frameworks such as React.Js and Backbone.js) and collaborating with CSS Developers ensuring the Ladbrokes Coral web products user interface is in it’s best life stage.

This role will take part in planning and implementing product requirements in the highest quality, be assigned with development tasks and critical integrations – all while supporting  team mates to meet delivery targets and cooperating with both colleagues and inbound/outbound solution providers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver new and enhance existing websites, including the implementation of responsive design for our mobile sites.
  • Take part in implementing the client side code for the company’s gaming sites. This include handling the front end code for the cashier, code authentication (customers log-in and registrations), gaming interactions and any marketing and promotions that appear on the site.
  • Interact with affiliate schemes ensuring parameters are handled correctly, cookies stored in the browser and affiliate data propagates to the servers correctly.
  • Take part in ongoing conversations with Product Owners. Expected to provide answers of how to technically implement the product’s vision as well as alternatives where the current implementation is problematic.
  • Collaborate with Backend developers and Web Designers to improve code and the company’s gaming websites usability.

Role Purpose

 

From ensuring accurate reporting to data analysis you will be expected to oversee the implementation and overall maintenance of campaigns under your responsibility. Working together with the PPC team, you will strive to execute the best practices of the team.

You will report directly to the PPC Team Lead and work independently on projects while together with the PPC team, focus to achieve company KPI’s.

  • Manage keyword lists, ad creative, and bids across Google AdWords, BingAds, and other PPC channels to achieve company KPIs
